What is required to live in Sunnyville Acres?

Sunnyville Acres requires you to fill out an application and allow us to run a credit and criminal background check. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee. You must have an email address in order to run the background check.

How much are lot rents?

A singlewide lot rent is $430 per month and a doublewide is $450 per month. Utilities are paid by the owner. Snow is plowed when is reaches 4" or more. All parcels have private, fenced yards. Rent is due the 1st of the month and must be paid by the 5th or there will be a $50 late fee charge. Accepted payments are check or money order, no credit cards or cash.

 

Is Sunnyville Acres a safe community?

We also require criminal background checks to be able to live here. We also only have owner occupied tenants, no renters are allowed.

What fees are required?

You are required to pay a first and last month rent deposit along with a $200 damage deposit.

Are pets allowed?

Sunnyville Acres is pet friendly with the following requirements: 

• You are allowed two pets. They have to be less than 18 inches in height at the shoulder.

• All pets must be registered at the office.

• There is no pet deposit. A $200 damage deposit is collected when you move in to the community.
